Help Desk Contract Add-on
Our Help Desk Contract is an add-on option to our Desktop Proactive Maintenance Contract above and covers;

  • Unlimited Help Desk Support Calls
  • Common Microsoft or Mac Software
  • Systems Administration and Repair
  • Remote or Onsite Support
  • Next Biz Day Guaranteed Response
  • Hours: 9am to 5pm (Excl. Holidays)
  • Excludes Projects, Upgrades and Parts
  • Out of scope work billed at our hourly rate
  • Annual Commitment
  • Available Normal Business Hours or 24hr coverage

Hardware Contract Add-on

Our Hardware Contract can cover;

  • Desktop, Laptop & Server Hardware
  • Router / Firewall Hardware
  • UPS Battery Hardware (battery replacement)
  • Extends Manufacturer Onsite Hardware Warranty

  • Routine Preventative Maintenance on Microsoft Windows or Mac OS
  • Computer Health and Performance Monitoring
  • Predictive Failure Alerting
  • Optimize Computer
  • Updates and Security Management
  • Antivirus Management (Software additional)
  • Virus and Spyware Monitoring & Cleanup
  • Free LogMeIn Pro Software
  • System Documentation
  • Computer Network Assessment Audit meetings
  • Warranty Management & Inventory Reporting
  • Recommendations on equipment upgrades or replacement
  • Annual Commitment is required
  • Exclusions: Trouble calls, Repairs and Parts (Out of scope work) will be billed at our hourly rate
